Commercial Virtual Tours was born in 1998 after several requests from our clients in the computer hardware business and accounting division who needed a web presence. We started with the concept of building high quality websites at a modest price with the idea of allowing the client to edit their website at their leisure and with no additional charges.

The company is owned by Brad Flom in San Luis Obispo. Brad earned his degree in 1985 from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in Accounting. Brad worked in the apparel industry form 1987 to 1996 culminating in the opening of over 40 retail stores (Clothes Biz) in the state of California and Nevada. In 1996, Brad opened a computer store in San Luis Obispo (Computrain) while doing consulting for clients with Quickbooks and Taxes. In 1998, Commercial Virtual Tours was born.
